Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in some cases. If your address is a P.O. box, contact us before you order.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery time

Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States. Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days from the day you place your order, including processing time. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the shipping confirmation and the tracking number we receive from the carrier. Tracking may take a day or two to start showing updates.

Christmas and holiday orders

To give yourself the best chance of arriving before Christmas, order by December 15. Carriers can be slow in November and December, so this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Delays and lost packages

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, email us. If it has not arrived within 15 business days after it shipped, we will send a replacement or refund you. If we expect a delay, we will email you.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us right away. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
